Summer is all about fruit and berries, and I can’t get enough of them but did you know that making a great fruit salad isn’t as simple as it may seem, and in fact requires certain guide-lines. Here are some tips for making a luscious fruit salad!
– Do not add anything that turns color to the salad, such as apples, pears, peaches.
– A fresh pineapple will add rich flavor to the salad like no other fruit or berry, so it essential.
– Make sure everything is cut in bite-size pieces.
– Lots of berries!
– Do not add melon to fruit salads because it will make everything else taste like melon.
-When adding cherries and/or plum, make sure to dry them with a paper towel once cut to absorb the moisture and absorb some of the excess color.
